  1. Great post Imogen! I can’t help notice that the high-power pose arranges the body in such a way that your center of gravity is raised a bit. The low-power pose lowers your center of gravity.

    So…an interesting experiment might be to try directly raising it a little for 2 minutes and see what effect that has.
