Spotlight on Rena Anya Devéza – Alexander Technique Student — 7 Comments

  1. This was a very interesting and well written interview. I am especially impressed by the huge changes that Rena noticed in her sense of well-being and the diminution of physical and mental pain/stress. It should encourage many to try a few lessons just as many I know try yoga, acupuncture, massage, etc. to relieve an assortment of ills. Thank you for posting this.

    • You are very welcome, Brenda. I’m glad you found the interview interesting. Rena’s story is very inspiring and gives a message of hope to others. Thanks so much for your comments.

  2. Rena’s great progress makes me think I should also investigate Alexander. I’ve often had back pain from inflammatory disease that flares up from time to time. since Rena started working with Alexander technique I’ve thought about trying it myself- clearly it can work wonders
