The Posture Workbook: Interview with Carolyn Nicholls — 7 Comments

  1. I just came onto your post and found it quite interesting. I am also associated with Back Logic, Homeopathy, Physical and Natural Therapist, specialising in homeopathy, sports massage, recovery from injury, diet and nutritional advice, postural assessment in the Surrey and London area and enjoy to read the stuff on the same as its rarely found on internet. Thanks again for writing such a good post.

  2. Really like the interview, Imogen. As a member of your book club, I have read BODY, BREATH & BEING, and now want to work with the Posture Workbook.

  3. Hello Imogen, and thanks for talking about the Tilt Seat that I invented. Also, I am inspired someone is talking about the importance of restorative rest. I put that into my mix of movement-friendly designs with the EcoBackrest. Not to be so self-promoting, but just, it is a way to be doing basically restorative yoga without stopping your work flow. Please check it out http://footlooseandchairfree.com/ecobackrest/
And I look forward to reading those books in the interview.

    • Wow, Patrick. Thanks for commenting, AND for inventing the tilt seat. And I definitely appreciate having the link. Hope you enjoy the book 🙂
