Book Review: The Posture Workbook — 14 Comments

  1. I have not read this book but I do know AT has made a big difference to my posture when I remember to practice it! As always I love that we are friends because it’s a constant reminder to keep up the practice!

  2. I haven’t read the book nor practiced AT. I do know that posture can have an important impact on many areas of one’s life – I see it from both sides. Keep doing what you’re doing to educate the public. You are changing lives!

    Susan Berland

  3. I have done AT and really enjoyed how it changed how I look at my body. I love Constructive Rest and wish I would do more of it. The book sounds lovely. I will add it to my list. I think posture is important, as is the need to be mindful of what our bodies do for us.

  4. I’m reading thing slouched over the table, with horrible, posture. No wonder I need to go see the Chiropractor! Oh and I’m clueless as to what the Alexander Technique even is! Hmm… definately something I need to look in to and work on!
