Stopping, Pausing and the Art of Saying “No” — 7 Comments

  1. Imogen, this was also my favorite workshop during the ACGM (well, along with Missy Vineyard’s) — I thoroughly enjoyed myself with these exercises! I was fortunate enough to have the experience of being in the teacher’s role as I replicated it for our teacher’s group here in Cincinnati a week after getting home, as we had an evening of ACGM-review for those who couldn’t attend. I must say that I really enjoyed being the one giving the directions!

    • Yes – this was one of many excellent workshops and has really stayed with me! I, too, had a chance to try this out this activity – in my case with a small group I teach here in Wilmington – more about that in the next post! I agree – it is fun being the one giving the directions!!
