5 Things Anyone Can Do to Build Resilience in the Face of Pandemic Stress and Trauma
In my second conversation with trauma awareness activist, Shay Seaborne, we talk about the difference between stress and trauma (and the similarities), how the Pandemic is affecting us, and share five simple things you can do to help build your resilience right now and even come out of the pandemic better off than where you started.

These conversations are also being made into podcasts, so you can listen to this conversation here:

It’s been a privilege to work with Shay these past few years. As a trauma survivor, she has found that now, in the pandemic, she is in some ways a little ahead of the game. She’s already had to learn how to deal with stress, trauma and uncertainty. She sees signs of community – possibly global – trauma in the stress responses of people she meets, sees on social media, and in the news. Our hope is that these five tips will give you some easy ways to lessen and manage your own stress now and in the future.
How are you managing during the pandemic? Are there strategies you’ve found particularly helpful? How can you implement our suggestions?
If you have a comment you’d like to share, we’d love to hear from you. Please use the space provided below.
