3 Things Everyone Should Know about the Mind-Body Connection
This week I’m sharing just three things about the mind-body connection I believe it is essential for everyone to know.
#1 There is no mind-body connection! It’s much more than that. It is actually mind-body UNITY. They are not separate, and therefore not merely connected. Mind and body are simply different aspects of the same thing – the WHOLE YOU!
#2 WHAT, and HOW, you THINK always has a physical manifestation in some way – for better or for worse.
#3 Your POSTURE, your BODY LANGUAGE, and the way you position your body and hold yourself, all automatically affect your thoughts and emotions – how you feel and think.
Understanding this is fundamental to my work. I believe it is vital knowledge for everyone and you cannot have body intelligence without it.
As a female entrepreneur it is crucial to realize how this also affects everything you do in your business – from your posture and mindset as you work at your computer, to the way you come across to potential clients and customers.
